The Artist/photographer/designer, from here on Artist, represents and warrants that each submitted Work is an original work of art created by Artist. Artist agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Artinafti & its officers, directors and employees harmless against any and all claims, actions and judgments alleging that any artwork submitted to Artinafti by Artist is not the artwork of the Artist or Artist did not have any right to forward the artwork to Artinafti whether or not such claim or action shall be valid or groundless.
